A 3-Week Interactive Journey

This intimate three-week experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body, discern your inner truth, and free yourself from unconscious belief systems that quietly shape your life.

​

We meet once per week for 2–2.5 hours in a small, carefully held group.


Time will be confirmed upon registration to accommodate time zones.

Each session includes guided breath practices, teaching, reflection, and optional sharing. This is experiential and interactive—not a lecture.

About This Work

​

This offering comes from over 30 years of deep inner work.

​

I moved from extreme unconsciousness and dissociation into wholeness, peace, and living from conscious choice. I examined the belief systems that once governed my life and discovered many of them were inherited survival strategies—not truth. They were unconscious agreements I had been obeying.

​

Today, I no longer live under the rule of the mind.


My mind is a collaborator in my work—supportive, but no longer in control.

I live from increasing peace, grounded presence, and unconditional self-compassion. I teach from lived experience, not theory.

What We’ll Explore

​

Week 1 — The Body & Breath

Learn practical breath tools to regulate your nervous system, move stagnant emotional energy, and feel safer in your body. Begin softening the inner critic through embodied awareness.

Week 2 — The Mind vs. the Quiet Inner Voice

Discern the difference between the voice of fear and your authentic inner knowing. Learn how to feel the difference in your body and begin trusting your own truth.

​

Week 3 — Unconscious Beliefs & Choice

Examine the belief systems you may be obeying without awareness. Using breath and discernment, begin choosing from authenticity rather than conditioning.
