The Gift Animals Give Us

Have you ever wondered why we have pets? Why cats, dogs, birds, horses, lizards—why we open our hearts to animals so deeply?
It is because the Divine, compassionate Intelligence that created this planet—a planet of mastery, a place where we come to discover and embody ourselves as both Divine Essence and physical form—knew the challenges we would face.
This Divine Intelligence understood the difficulty of living in a human body on a planet that holds one of the most diverse and intense fields of experience—light and darkness intertwined. It knew that humans would experience heartbreak.
Loss.
Confusion.
Isolation.
Rejection.
And so, animals came in many forms, each with a sacred purpose.
They are here to remind us of unconditional love. To gently reopen our hearts when they have closed. To help us ground ourselves in truth—in the body, in the Earth. To show us that love is safe.
This Divine wisdom also knew that many humans would close themselves off from one another. That some would pretend to care, pretend to love—while quietly protecting their wounded hearts.
Animals are different.
They are living, breathing anchors to Mother Earth and compassion. They are grounding instruments of grace. Each animal carries a specific vibration that helps stabilize the human being.
Dogs and cats, especially, hold powerful frequencies for us.
Dogs embody unwavering loyalty and unconditional love.
Cats carry mystery, independence, and a range of temperaments that mirror the complexity of life itself.
The energy dwelling within them is Source itself.
So the next time you look into an animal’s eyes and see that spark of recognition, of love, of joy—receive it fully.
In that moment, you are being loved by the Divine itself.
And that Source knows something about us:
Many who were born onto this planet have forgotten why we came here.
The gift of having a pet is one of the ways we remember. It opens a doorway back to our Essence.
When you look into their eyes…
When you feel their unbridled love…
When you experience their joyful enthusiasm—
Whether it is a chicken scurrying across the floor to cuddle,
A cow running across a pasture toward you,
A horse nudging you gently with its head,
A bird perched on your shoulder speaking softly,
A cat resting on your chest, purring contentedly,
Or a dog bursting with joy when you walk through the door—
That love is pure.
That love is unconditional.
I invite you to receive it fully—breathe it in.
And remember how deeply you are loved.
